Add QueryTelemetryAdapter@qb to trace qb query executions through a compatible telemetry client. The adapter owns its query listeners, restores nested scopes, and finishes running observations before unregistering on shutdown. Tracing is opt-in; qb does not require Sentry or choose where traces are sent.
Bug Fixes
createView, createAs, and alterView now pass the canonical qb.models.Query.QueryBuilder to their callbacks. This fixes Adobe ColdFusion rejecting these builders in typed consumers when schema operations run first.
