Universal MCP client support

Adds verified configuration formats for Codex, Claude Code, Kimi Code CLI, Antigravity, Gemini CLI, Cursor, VS Code, and generic stdio clients.
Adds a host-neutral client-config generator with absolute-path output.
Includes project-level discovery files for every supported host.
Preserves host approval prompts while keeping the Broker as the authoritative policy boundary.
Validated by 27 tests on Python 3.11 and 3.12, including the full stdio-to-Broker chain.
