Universal MCP client support

  • Adds verified configuration formats for Codex, Claude Code, Kimi Code CLI, Antigravity, Gemini CLI, Cursor, VS Code, and generic stdio clients.
  • Adds a host-neutral client-config generator with absolute-path output.
  • Includes project-level discovery files for every supported host.
  • Preserves host approval prompts while keeping the Broker as the authoritative policy boundary.
  • Validated by 27 tests on Python 3.11 and 3.12, including the full stdio-to-Broker chain.
