ListLike fails with ghc-8.10.3

This is already fixed upstream, but disabling ListLike caused the following packages also to be temporarily disabled in Nightly:

• Earley (@massysett)
• debian (@clinty)
• cabal-debian (@clinty)
• process-extras (grandfathered)

Also due to process-extras:

• pdfinfo (@chrisdone)
• tasty-silver (@phile314)
• hoogle (@ndmitchell)

and disable dhall-json testsuite due to tasty-silver

4.7.3 (2020-12-31) builds with ghc 8.10.3, but I suppose 4.7.4 will be released soon (ddssff/listlike#12), which builds with the latest utf8-string.
