Compass v0.9.132: first release under the new name (formerly Harbor)

Compass: a desktop client for the Stremio protocol

Formerly Harbor. Harbor has been renamed to Compass. It's the same app under a new name, and this is its first release as Compass. If you used Harbor before, this is the version to download from now on.

Compass is a fast, customizable desktop client that works with your existing Stremio account and addons. Setup takes about two minutes, and most of it is optional.

What you get

• Your library, untouched. Sign in with Stremio and your library, watch progress and addons sync in as they are.
• Two home layouts. Pick Compass curated (hero, Top 10, Trending, in theaters, per-service rails) or Classic Stremio (Continue Watching, then your addon catalogs in install order). You can switch any time in Settings.
• A real player. Built-in mpv playback with shaders, subtitle controls and per-language audio/subtitle preferences.
• Tracker sync. Connect Trakt, Simkl, AniList, MyAnimeList or Letterboxd.
• Make it yours. Themes, a theme studio, card badges, hotkeys, controller and remote support, and a big-screen mode.
• Many languages, including full Arabic and right-to-left support.
• Quiet by design. No telemetry, no accounts on our servers, no bundled API keys. You stay in control of every key.

Install

1. Download the Windows installer (.exe) from Assets below.
2. Run it and follow the steps.
3. Sign in with your Stremio account, or skip and add addons later.

Requirements: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.

Known limitations

• Windows may show a SmartScreen warning ("Windows protected your PC"), because this installer isn't code-signed yet. Choose More info → Run anyway.
• Extension support is not included in this build.
• Windows x64 only for now.
