Fix stale lifecycle operations and config temporary-file cleanup; resolve resume session storage from target-project settings and environment. Expand adapter and real loopback coverage to 36 tests and clarify supported capabilities/documentation. Stop/close remain disabled; manual-compaction input acceptance remains a documented Pi host limitation. No automatic retries, replacement, or hidden orchestration.
