Adds bounded metadata-only JSONL telemetry and a read-only localhost dashboard with roster, event filtering, correlation details and explicit stale/unknown status. Coordinator saves dashboardPort; both roles discover the last-known URL through intercom_list. Includes privacy/security, retention, startup/persistence failure and lifecycle tests: 63 passing. Stop/close and manual-compaction input-acceptance host limitations remain unchanged. Live worker dashboard validation remains pending; update and reload participating Pi sessions to activate.
