Coordinator-led workspace

  • Replace the browser dashboard with a standalone terminal monitor above the coordinator in Herdr. Keyboard selection, scrolling and worker details; no extra agent/model.
  • Add intercom_worker_status: bounded, paginated JSON of worker observations and public reports, optionally selected by name. Shares interpretation with the monitor; no Telegram dependency or worker probing.
  • Add intercom_report_work: explicit blocked, needs-decision, ready-for-review and clear reports. Reports notify the coordinator but never automatically approve, assign, resume or complete work.
  • Show detailed public activity phases with timestamps and stale/unknown/conflicting evidence. No private reasoning or tool payloads in activity logs.
  • Package built monitor output and migrate retired dashboard metadata on coordinator startup.

Upgrade

Run pi update npm:@comput/pi-intercom, then /reload in coordinator and worker sessions. Explicitly update pinned versions. Restart an existing standalone monitor to load the new display code. The browser dashboard is removed in this release; messaging remains independent of monitor availability.

Worker-status results are last observations, not a live-health guarantee. Public reports can persist across restarts until replaced or cleared. Stop/close tools remain disabled because cancellation guarantees are unsupported.

Validation

Local typecheck, 112 tests, package checks and clean production-tarball imports passed. Publication is gated by Windows and Linux CI validation.
