Coordinator workspace and JSON worker status

• Standalone Herdr terminal monitor replaces the browser dashboard: worker selection, details, public activity and report status; no extra agent/model.
• intercom_worker_status returns bounded, paginated JSON observations and public reports, optionally by worker name. Shared monitor semantics; no Telegram dependency or worker probing.
• intercom_report_work supports blocked, needs-decision, ready-for-review and clear. Reports notify the coordinator without automatic approval, assignments or task completion.
• Bounded local snapshots, guarded report persistence, packaged monitor build, and migration of retired dashboard metadata.

0.4.0 did not publish to npm because a Windows-specific path assertion failed. This release fixes the test's platform-native expectation without changing production parser behavior; the 0.4.0 tag is unchanged.

Upgrade

Run pi update npm:@comput/pi-intercom, then /reload in coordinator and workers. Update pinned installations explicitly. Restart an existing standalone monitor to load new display code. The browser dashboard is removed; messaging remains independent of the monitor.

Worker status is last-observed evidence, not guaranteed current liveness. Reports are self-reported and persist until replaced/cleared, not accepted completion. Stop/close remain disabled.

Validation

Local typecheck and all 112 tests passed. Independent review confirmed the test-only path correction and checked status-tool bounds/semantics. Package checks and clean production imports passed for the implementation. Windows/Linux CI gates npm publication; local Linux tests do not establish live Windows/Herdr behavior.
