VR Realms Creator Kit — v0.1.0 (Alpha) — make Steam Workshop maps & avatars for VR Realms.

Alpha — feedback welcome on Discord.

Download & run

  1. Download VRRealmsCreatorKit-v0.1.0.zip and unzip the whole folder together.
  2. Double-click VR Realms WorkshopTool in the kit root (it auto-points at the kit project), or open VRRealms/VRRealms.uproject in Unreal Engine 5.7.
  3. Build a map/avatar in Content/VRRealms/Community/, then cook & publish.

Fixes in this build

  • Auto-targets the kits own project file; now also rejects a project file mistakenly placed inside a Content folder with a clear message.
  • Robust /Game path derivation + cook-output search.
  • Writes a full troubleshooting log to Tools/WorkshopTool-log.txt.
  • Branded launcher + icons + editor splash.
