hyprmoncfg: Multi-Monitor Manager for Omarchy 2.0.0

The hyprmoncfg Omarchy panel is now a complete graphical display manager, designed around the speed and clarity of the TUI.

Requires hyprmoncfg v1.16.0. The marketplace verification request targets the exact v2.0.0 commit.
