v1.2.2

embed-proxy v1.2.2 (bugfix)

Fix

• Installing/upgrading while the service binary is running no longer fails with
"open /usr/local/bin/embed-proxy: text file busy" (ETXTBSY):
the program now stops the instance service, retries the copy, and re-enables it
• Menu banner service status now queries the current instance unit
(previously always showed the default instance state)
