suitable example?

I am currently playing around with this:
Disc1 ist at rest a a position A in the horizontal X/Y plane
Disc2 ist initially at position B
opty's job is to use disc2 to somehow get disc1 to position C.

I do not think, we have such an example in examples/gallery, after all, disc1 and disc2 are not 'connected' in any way.
However, no new methods are applied, it shows what opty can do. (they may come with the tractor-trailer...I think)

Would this, once finished be better in pst-notebooks or here?

If it shows a new concept or type of problem that we haven't shown in the docs, then we could add it. Just open a PR. If I say no, then you can move it to pst.
