🧠 Smart Idle Detection

• Display Off = Timer Paused: RetinaRest now intelligently detects when you step away from your computer. If you've been idle for 3+ minutes (display off, no mouse/keyboard), the work timer automatically pauses — so you're never penalized for time you weren't actually at your screen.
• Short Break (3–10 min away): Timer resumes exactly from where it left off.
• Long Break (10+ min away): Timer resets to a full fresh session — because your eyes have already had a proper rest!
• PC Sleep / Screen Lock: Treated as a long break — always resets to a fresh session when you return.
