In the Habits tab you track your own habits next to the running plan: stretching, sleep, water, a month without alcohol, whatever helps you.
At the bottom you enter a name (up to 30 characters) and choose the type:
- Check off: the habit works out or it doesn't, for example “Stretch”.
- Number: you enter a value every day, for example “Sleep” in hours. You also give a unit (up to 12 characters).
Without any habits, the app suggests four: stretch, sleep (h), water (liters) and no alcohol.
The table shows the last 35 days; today is on the far right. “← Earlier days” goes further back.
- Check off: tapping cycles through ✕ (done), ○ (not done) and empty.
- Number: tapping opens an input field.
- Tap the name to edit the habit.
Below each name there is a short summary:
- For check-off habits: “N days in a row” from a streak of two days, otherwise how often you did it in the last seven days.
- For numbers: the average of the last seven days with its unit.
The data lives in the data set under habits and habitLog, see Data model.
