Architecture

VTOC Agent is one focused product repository with four boundaries:

  1. Heltec firmware executes only verified board-native capabilities.
  2. GitHub Pages flasher serves reviewed releases and recovery guidance.
  3. VTOC client runs beside an authorized host as a bounded containerized sidecar.
  4. Hermes bridge and external clients exchange typed requests and results.

Ragnar remains remote and consumes Heltec-native observations. The VTOC TAC Plugin remains the separate canonical TAK gateway. Neither receives arbitrary shell, raw traffic, or generic adapter control.
