A flashable release requires a reviewed manifest naming the supported board, normal image, recovery image, SHA-256 checksums, release notes, and physical recovery evidence. The published image must be neutral and unprovisioned: no credentials, private addresses, local paths, or development settings.
v0.1.0-foundation is intentionally not flashable.
