Board Bring-up

Use the computer where the Heltec is physically attached. Build the candidate before flashing it. Record the printed revision, serial behavior, OLED details, flash/RAM facts, boot log, checksum, recovery exercise, and rollback result.

Do not infer pin mappings or enable OTA before this exact-board evidence is reviewed. A bad configuration recovery must pass before network or radio features are added.
