Upgrade notes:

• audio.silence_threshold is replaced by audio.silence_duration in seconds (default 1.0). An old config still loads; the activity log names the change, and Save writes the new key.
• New installs use gpt-6-luna and gpt-transcribe. Existing configs keep their models. The activity log warns when a configured model has an OpenAI shutdown date.
