Squadra 3+ 3.10.0

Squadra 3+ 3.10.0: the tokens your models spend, on a new Usage page.

What changes

• Usage page and squadra usage. Squadra reads the session files Claude Code and Codex already keep on your computer, for the windows registered in your squad, and keeps only the token counts, with the model, time and session and hashed message identifiers needed to count each message once. The text of the conversations is never stored, shown or sent.
  • Tokens per window, day, model and task, with charts: tokens per day by kind, per window, per model, the costliest tasks, and Codex quota over time.
  • Suggestions per model, each with the numbers it rests on (for example when cache reads dominate, or a Codex quota is near its limit before its reset).
  • Codex quota is shown as measured, for each provider window. An estimated cost appears only if you enter your own prices on the page; they stay in your browser. Squadra has no built-in prices.
  • A file whose format is not recognised shows «not measured» with its reason, never a number.
• Privacy notice updated with the Usage page's local reads.
• Plugin versions: memoranda 1.0.5, Playwright 1.0.6, Sentry 0.1.3 (their bundled registry reader follows this release).

Updating from 3.9.1

Same steps as before: /plugin marketplace update squadra then /plugin update squadra@squadra in Claude Code; codex plugin marketplace upgrade then codex plugin add squadra@squadra in Codex; git pull and scripts/install.py with a new backup folder for the standalone install. Reinstall Store plugins with squadra plugin install <name>; settings, keys and data are kept.
