Squadra 3+ 3.6.1

Squadra 3+ 3.6.1: small fixes and clearer state in the dashboard.

What changes

• The dashboard's top band stays still during the two-second refresh: no more «Updating…» flicker, and the clock digits keep the same width.
• Plugin items show their state in colour, always with the word. Items in a pending request say «Waiting to be sent» and cannot be selected or sent again until the request is used or cancelled. Sent, approved and rejected items are grouped below under «Already sent».
• The README gains a «Sponsors, supporters and contributors» section and a «Get involved» call.
• A public privacy notice, in English (PRIVACY.md) and Italian (PRIVACY.it.md).

Updating from 3.6.0

Each release is published as a single commit that replaces the repository history.

Claude Code: /plugin marketplace update squadra, then /plugin update squadra@squadra, then restart Claude Code.
Codex: codex plugin marketplace upgrade, then codex plugin add squadra@squadra again.
Standalone installer: git pull cannot update the checkout. Run git fetch origin and git reset --hard origin/main, which discards local edits in that checkout, then run scripts/install.py again with a new backup folder. If the installer refuses an unclean checkout, git status shows the untracked files that the reset keeps.
