A transparent overlay window for Windows that is invisible to screen capture software. Perfect for presentations, video calls, content creation, and keeping notes visible while screen sharing.

Requirements

Installation

  1. Download ScreenPrompt.zip below
  2. Extract the folder
  3. Run ScreenPrompt.exe

Note: Windows may show a SmartScreen warning since the app isn't signed. Click "More info" → "Run anyway".

Known Limitations

  • Browser-based screen sharing (Google Meet, Discord Web) may occasionally (~10% of cases) show a black box instead of hiding the window. Native desktop apps (Zoom, OBS, Teams desktop) provide the most reliable capture exclusion. We're actively gathering feedback on this behavior.
