Maintenance release

  • Removed the leftover Python-era files from the repo root (the app has been the Tauri 2 / Rust + TypeScript rewrite since v1.1.0 — the old Python tree is now archived on the legacy-python branch, full history preserved).
  • Updated all npm and Cargo dependencies to their latest compatible versions, resolving all 25 open Dependabot security alerts (including a tauri IPC origin-confusion issue).
  • No functional/behavior changes.
