Add support for Fangs of Asterkarn. I don't have a proper method for figuring out the file format changes, but it seems to work correctly now.

GDLC filters out unnecessary data as an optimization. If FoA added new paths for records within the arz files that contain relevant items, then those won't work correctly without fixes. If you run into any niche items that don't work, please open an issue.
