Same issue since yesterday. I'd opened a ticket on Bitwardens Repo, and they pointed out GTFOH, we don't support Vaultwarden :D

All my client are currently running into this issue, can't imaging what could have changed.

I found the solution. It seems like the newest browser client was not compatible with vaultwarden backend.
I just upgraded the container from vaultwarden/server:1.35.3 to vaultwarden/server:1.37.1 waited a bit and now it works fine.
