flashpoint v0.3.1
Removes the macOS pre-run of each new build. A restart is now just: build, stop the old server, start the new one. To keep the gap short on macOS, enable your terminal under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Tools; macOS otherwise scans the first launch of each new binary (about 0.3–1s).
