v0.8.4 — Windows preview (beta)

Beta Windows build of JP Patches, matching the macOS v0.8.4 release.
What's new in 0.8.4: Tape transfers between JP Patches and the JX-3P are now reliable. JP records at your audio interface's native sample rate, eliminating the resampling jitter that was randomly dropping data — sequences missing pages, patches arriving with sound but no name (or a name but no sound). Requirements: Windows 10 (64-bit) or later. (Windows 7 and 8 aren't supported.)
Installing: This app isn't code-signed yet, so when you run the installer Windows SmartScreen will warn "Windows protected your PC / unknown publisher." That's expected for a beta — click More info → Run anyway to continue. (A verified-publisher certificate is on the roadmap.)
This is an early beta — confirmed running on Windows, but the native-rate capture fix hasn't yet been verified against a real JX-3P on Windows hardware (the sample-rate probe is macOS-only; Windows uses an automatic fallback).
