Afternote Local 2.0.0-alpha.13

Alpha 13 fixes one specific upgrade edge case: existing Codex and Claude Code sessions now reconnect after the native broker restarts. If the vault is locked, the connector reports that state instead of a stale XPC transport error. Remember remains single-attempt across an ambiguous transport failure, preventing an automatic retry from creating a duplicate note. This is an early alpha for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13.3 or newer. Download the DMG and SHA256SUMS together, then follow docs/VERIFY_RELEASE.md before installing.
