ProsperoStore 1.000.030 (alpha)

Fixes from user reports. Still an alpha version: please report problems.

• Firmware 13.40 to 13.60: installing works now. The built-in Lapy helper didn't start on these versions.
• Fixed: no catalog after updating from 1.000.000, when ShadowMountPlus 1.7 had run the store without Lapy. The store now takes its own folder back.
• Fixed: "The store's work folder is inside a scanned location" when ShadowMountPlus's manual.lst held a stray line such as /.
