Apple silicon · macOS 14+. The build is ad-hoc signed — on first launch, right-click the app and choose Open.

Scale Trainer graduates from experimental and gains a chord/CAGED visualiser:

  • New Overlay picker: Off · Chord tones · CAGED.
  • Chord tones lights up the arpeggio inside the scale and names the chord it outlines (e.g. Am7).
  • CAGED highlights the actual chord grip the box sits in, names the shape (E·D·C·A·G) and chord, and draws a barre across the root fret for the E- and A-shapes — so a chord reads as a chord, not an arpeggio.
