2026-09-08 02:14 EDT — Launch Control opens up its office-edge view
The operator and a doubled launch kit now read clearly from the default camera
Opaque cubicle walls no longer hide the Launch Operator; the open console, status monitors, and release lights remain visible.
The complete Launch Center annex moves another four feet left toward the middle of the office’s front edge, giving the operator and launch kit clear separation from the elevator while preserving the connected bridge and navigable release area.
The Launch Operator now matches the regular office avatars’ height, and its console desk matches the standard desks’ width, depth, and work-surface height.
The operator and its complete console assembly rotate 180 degrees around their shared center, including the monitors, controls, and station label.
The operator/desk assembly and rocket/launchpad move 30% farther outward from the office edge while the annex platform and bridge remain anchored.
The rocket and launch pad are both 100% larger and move inward together without changing their alignment, staging, or merge-only launch behavior.
Verification: all 400 automated tests after merging the latest origin/main, the production build, git diff --check, and live default-camera browser inspection pass.
