MagicWall 0.1.0 — first public release

A native SwiftUI app that turns your local videos into animated macOS
wallpapers. Everything stays on your Mac: no accounts, no telemetry, no network
traffic.

Highlights

• Local library — drag & drop import of files and folders, automatically
  generated posters, categories, favorites, search and rename.
• Fullscreen preview with quick actions, apply to every screen or to a
  single display (multi-monitor).
• Desktop-level engine — one window behind the Finder icons per screen,
  gapless looping (AVPlayerLooper), assignments restored on every launch.
• Power policy — automatic pausing on battery, Low Power Mode, thermal
  pressure, screen lock or occluded desktop, with recovery after sleep/wake.
• Menu bar — pause, shuffle, favorites and stop without opening the window.
• Themes — editable design tokens (colors, corner radii, gradients) plus
  light/dark appearance.
• English and Italian — the UI follows the system language.
• Window lifecycle — closing the window does not stop the wallpaper: reopen
  it from the Dock icon or the menu bar.

Notes

• This is the first release and still a beta: the database schema and the theme
  format may change.
• The login item requires macOS 13+ and may need manual approval in
  System Settings → General → Login Items.
