Tuya Shared Cloud 1.3.0

  • Adds a dedicated Tuya Shared Cloud service device for integration diagnostics.
  • Shows independent Cloud push and REST polling connectivity.
  • Adds last-message and last-success timestamps, push delivery ratio, and REST correction count.
  • Adds optional detailed counters for push messages, ignored messages, REST runs/failures/duration/interval, and shared devices.
  • Tracks the initial reconciliation and failed REST attempts.
  • Keeps device entities available when REST fails but OpenMQ remains connected and subscribed.
  • Includes English and Spanish translations and expanded standalone tests.

No Home Assistant or add-on source code is modified by this release.
