What's new

  • Messages and kc --help in 7 more languages: Korean, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Spanish, French and German. kc follows the system language at a terminal; set KC_LANG (for example KC_LANG=ko) to choose one.
  • When kc isn't running at a terminal and KC_LANG isn't set, kc stays in English, so scripts and agents see the same output as before.
  • README translations: 한국어 · 日本語 · 简体中文 · 繁體中文 · Español · Français · Deutsch

Known limits

  • Argument-parsing errors from clap, and its "Possible values" lists, are still in English.
  • Sas::fmt (its join) and the typo handling when parsing a code (code.rs) leave copies of strings that aren't zeroized. This kc-proto code dates from v0.1 and will be fixed in a later release.
