Checked on 9 October 2026 using isolated WordPress 7.1.2 installations, PHP 8.4.5 and SQLite. The catalog contains 21 verified original plugin packages. Actual readers 0.6.0,0.7.0,0.8.1 and 0.9.0 accept the additive metadata. Tests cover new series, malformed metadata refusal, version-dependent requirement protection, real MTA 3.1.0→4.1.0 updates retaining single-site and network activation and a stored data sentinel, inline response-loss reconciliation, valid-session Subscriber capability refusal, invalid nonce refusal, local icons, mobile layout and inline preferences.81 function documentation contracts and all PHP syntax checks pass. The existing lifecycle implementation is unchanged. Validation median was approximately 0.079 ms before and 0.117 ms with additional rules for this 21-entry catalog; this is a local microbenchmark, not whole-page latency. Offline catalog reads make no HTTP requests. PHP 8.0 execution, a new WordPress 6.4 execution, real FTP/SSH, persistent external object cache and every commercial builder integration were not executed in this cycle. Third-party host activation redirects are outside the Library action contract and require host review. Final catalog refresh and all 21 original package checks repeated on 10 October 2026, including Purify WPForms Lite 1.1.0 and its original local icon.
