deckerweb Updater 2.1

Official release of deckerweb Updater 2.1, extending the existing V2 component.

One shared engine now supports public and private GitHub repositories, with a repository-bound authentication provider, safe private asset/source downloads and host-owned translations using the host plugin’s existing textdomain. Existing public integration, icons, banners and release information remain supported.

This is an embedded component, not an installable WordPress plugin. Integrate the pinned release into each host with its existing package checks and activation lifecycle. See docs/INTEGRATION.md and docs/INTEGRATION-de.md for templates, credential provisioning and capability guards.

Validation includes 69 self-contained checks plus isolated WordPress private-download, token-rotation/revocation, translation, package-validation, Multisite, PHP 8.1 and MySQL 8.0 tests. Detailed boundaries are documented in docs/VALIDATION.md. Adopting this release does not automatically replace existing embedded copies.

The release ZIP contains source, tests, integration examples, translations and license. Verify the attached ZIP SHA256 file before adopting it.
