Shortcode Item Updated 2.3.0 adds optional controls for more useful update dates while keeping its single-shortcode workflow.

• New: Show a date only after a real update, with an optional minimum time gap (only_if_updated, min_update_gap).
• New: Show the latest qualifying update from a fixed list of items (post_ids).
• New: Relative dates, semantic <time> markup and plain-text output (display, semantic, output).
• Improved: Page-language labels, multiple CSS classes and validated wrappers; detailed EN/DE examples and a complete parameter reference.
• Fixed: de/us date shortcuts now use the source item's update date. Corrected default labels, timezone handling and date/time separators. Invalid or unavailable sources produce no output.
• Misc: Bundled deckerweb Updater 2.1.0 and Library 0.8.1, German informal/formal translations and the approved new banner/icon artwork.

Requirements: WordPress 6.7+ and PHP 8.0+ for the plugin. The standalone snippet supports PHP 7.4+.

Install: Upload shortcode-item-updated-2.3.0.zip through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Back up your site before replacing 2.2.0. Existing shortcode names, attributes and filters remain. Only public, published, unprotected sources are displayed; protected/non-public sources intentionally return no output.

Snippet alternative: shortcode-item-updated-snippets-2.3.0.zip contains the standalone PHP snippet and manager imports for Code Snippets, Advanced Scripts Premium and FluentSnippets. Choose either the plugin or the snippet. Snippet updates are manual.
