Add an Option to Delete a Workspace

The workspace cannot be removed. It would be better to have an option to delete the workspace entirely.

The backend capability already exists — what's missing is the UI entry point. Verified against rc.8 source:

workspace.delete RPC is fully wired end-to-end:

• packages/host/apiproxy/src/api/rpc-map.ts:49 — 'workspace.delete': WorkspaceApi['delete'] registered
• packages/host/apiproxy/src/api/workspace.ts:73 — API handler
• packages/host/apiproxy/src/api-proxy.ts:2778 — ctx.workspaceRegistry.delete(...) invocation
• packages/workspace/workspace/src/index.ts:199-200 — public delete(id) → deleteKnown(id), which is crash-safe: it writes a durable pendingMutation: { operation: 'delete' } marker before the table delete and recovers it on startup (recoverPendingMutation :408-424), with rollback on failure

So the deletion machinery (including crash recovery) is complete — the workspace list UI simply never surfaces a delete action. This is a frontend/UX gap, not a backend one.

Family context — this is one of three workspace-lifecycle gaps, all "capability exists, lifecycle incomplete":

1. Delete: RPC exists, no UI entry (Add an Option to Delete a Workspace #3618, this thread)
2. Archive is one-way: archiveSession exists but there is no unarchive anywhere (confirmed 归档功能隐藏对话无法恢复 #1587/归档会话在界面中不可找回, 且分叉会话失败无提示 #1853; also surfaced in Feature request: 为工作区会话提供恢复归档与真正的删除能力 #3546 and defect #3 of 六条实测缺陷反馈（rc.8）：预设默认值不跟随复用会话 / 归档单向 / 审批无超时 / 持久 bash 多字节碎裂 等 #3614)
3. Archived sessions have no restore entry: Feature request: 为工作区会话提供恢复归档与真正的删除能力 #3546

Suggested minimal fix: add a delete action to the workspace list (or context menu) that calls the existing workspace.delete RPC, with a confirm dialog that states the consequence (sessions under that workspace go away too). No backend change needed. If you want parity, the same pass could add an "archive" section / unarchive action for #3546 — but delete alone is a one-line surface change on top of a complete backend.
