To request JAWS on your GFE or CAG/Citrix (if it's not already downloaded):
- From the VA network go to https://yourit.va.gov/va then select “ask for something new” then under Categories select “508 Office”, next select “508 Accessibility Test Tools Request”.
- If you already have a help ticket for some reason, send the ticket number to 508toolssupportteam@va.gov they can help push it along with some instructions.
- One developer was able to get JAWS set up on GFE in two days.
