More flexibility with device's and pairing !
Firmware Update
- Mouse on either board. A mouse can also now pair to the left Joy-Con and still work, before I focused only on the right side as the mouse mode but I wanted it to be more even in configuration so now its more flexible with the gyro, thumbstick, mouse all work now on both left and right Joy-Con pairs.
- New Split device function. I didn't want to make it so you needed 2 bluetooth devices to connect to the console, the new split function fakes the other Joy-Con connection on the console so you can use a single bluetooth device to control both left and right Joy-Cons with that single device (this does not change the fact 2 nRF52840 chips are still needed for talking to the console for each Joy-Con.)
Web-tool update
The Web-Tool
- Needs v1.3 firmware. A board still on v1.2 needs to update.
- Gyro sensitivity. Set how fast gyro mode should turn in the Web-Tool.
- new Settings for: Split device connection, 4 directions in Right Stick Config, Gyro sensitivity, and you can use the mouse to map the "unpair from console." section.
- Stacked input mapping improved visually by indenting the "+" and some other fixes.
- Bluetooth devices: Improved it swapping and selecting.
- Faster: optimized the loading a little.
for v1.2
- Mappings and profiles saved with v1.2 are carried over and should keep working.
