Changes

• Add promote <directory> for promoting extracted application directories through PromoterUtil. It preserves existing package metadata, generates compatible sce_sys/package/head.bin metadata when required, and deliberately does not accept or extract VPK files.
• Resolve the PromoterUtil entry points lazily at runtime instead of adding boot-time imports.
• Fix synthetic front and rear touch input in SceShell and other system UI by covering the RegionExt user exports used by ScePaf.
• Replace the reboot hard-reset fallback with a three-stage escalation: request the normal SceShell reboot, set ScePowerMain event bit 0x80 after a 3-second watchdog, then call ksceSysconSetPowerMode(2, 0) after another 3 seconds. scePowerRequestColdReset() is no longer used.
• Fix command-help column formatting.

Installation

Install both attached files together and reboot. Keep vitacompanion_kernel.skprx under *KERNEL and vitacompanion.suprx under *main in the active taiHEN configuration.

The private kernel ABI is now version 3. Do not mix either 1.08 module with a module from an earlier release.

Verification

• All 41 host regression tests passed.
• Both modules built successfully with VitaSDK.
• The exact attached artifacts were deployed to two physical PS Vita systems; both rebooted successfully and reported vitacompanion 1.08 after returning online.
