Hotfix: testSetEnvironment() in DotNetTest.java failing on windows

Actual behavior

The test fails on Windows.

Reproduce

1. Checkout to main
2. Update the branch (git pull)
3. Run mvn clean test

Expected behavior

The test should pass on windows.
