Release runs warn that v2 targets deprecated Node 20 (forced onto Node 24 by the runner). v3 declares node24 natively; the inputs we use are unchanged.

Release runs annotate: Node.js 20 is deprecated (softprops/action-gh-release@v2 forced onto Node 24). v3 (latest 3.0.2) declares node24 natively; the inputs this workflow passes are unchanged in v3. Same bump already landed in kokey (devslab-kr/kokey#16) and the JVM repos are on v3 already.
