Restores the Settings › Feedback › "Report a problem" button, which had silently never worked
since Settings was unified into the shared cross-platform UI.

What's fixed

Tapping "Report a problem" now actually does what it's always claimed to: builds a zip of the
app's logs and opens your email app with your device details and the zip attached. Nothing is
sent until you hit Send yourself.

Closes #262.
