Fixes

• Works with BookOrbit 3.0. BookOrbit 3.0 changed the format of its dashboard lists. On a 3.0 server, Home showed a persistent " didn't respond properly" error, Continue reading/listening stopped refreshing, and On Deck came back empty. The app now reads both the new and the older format. (#283)
