For Nina Repetto's existing What's New posts, this maps to ninarepetto, but every contributor record in the repo lists her GitHub URL as https://github.com/ninamarina (for example apps/dialtone-documentation/package.json and the package manifests under packages/*/package.json). Unless those records are being intentionally changed too, these posts will request the wrong GitHub avatar and either show another account's photo or fall back to initials.

On both the What's New list and individual posts, the author name is rendered immediately next to this avatar, so giving the image alt text like Brad Paugh avatar makes screen readers announce the same author information twice. Since DtAvatar explicitly supports image-alt="" when the image is described by nearby text, this should be empty for these author photos rather than repeating the name.
