Release of Canton 2.3.4

Canton 2.3.4 has been released on September 01, 2022. You can download the Daml Open Source edition from the Daml Connect Github Release Section. The Enterprise edition is available on Artifactory.

Summary

This is a patch release with a fix for a minor bug in the metrics subsystem.

What’s New

Security and Bugfixes

  • A number of participant metrics were not exposed through the configured reporters.
    Among others, the metrics pertaining to the indexer such as daml.indexer.ledger_end.sequential_id
    were missing.
