This wiki covers installing and configuring Seafile Community Edition from native Debian packages, without Docker. The seafile-deb project builds the server from source and integrates it with systemd — no bundled supervisor, no docker.

The guides here are focused on topics specific to these packages. For everything else, see the official Seafile manual. Docker-specific instructions from the official documentation don't apply to this native install — use the guides here for package-specific setup instead.
