Bumps my-claude-apm-setup to v0.6.10, which fixes git in Claude Code worktree sessions. Until now, every git command in a worktree-isolated session was refused, because the rtk hook rewrote it to rtk git … and Claude Code's isolation check refuses git behind a launcher (rtk-ai/rtk#3864). The hook now skips .claude/worktrees/.
apply-agent-config.sh (the startup step) now also drops setup-owned hooks the current setup no longer declares before merging. Without that, an existing sandbox would keep the old inline rtk hook claude entry next to the new one, and git would stay broken. Hooks you added yourself are left alone (#35).
