Fixes zero-build kit provisioning on v0.10.7. It failed at the Pulumi step with curl: (22) … 404:

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404
After v0.10.7 pinned Pulumi v3.269.0, Pulumi turned that release back into a draft, so its download URLs stopped resolving. This release pins Pulumi 3.268.0, the current Latest, with its SHA256s re-pinned (#41). Every other tool stays as in v0.10.7.
The v0.10.7 template image was not affected, because it baked Pulumi in before the release was pulled. The kit on the stock image was broken; use v0.10.8:
